Global Runflat System are designed manufactured in two, three or four ballistic composite segments as per the required load rating, existing wheel design and the ease of Runflat mounting and demounting procedures which can be easily followed by the end user mostly in the basic workshop setup and without any heavy expensive machinery and possibly with the simple jigs and hand tools.
The Runflat is weight optimized according to the required load required on that particular wheel and tyre sizes.
